Ataseven, whose headquarters is based in Ankara, is a long-established company operating in 3 main sectors, namely energy, construction and electricity trade, and standing for 33 years.

ENERGY

DEVELOPED ENERGY PROJECTS

Over the years, wind power plant projects with a total capacity of 6,470 MW have been developed in various regions of Türkiye and submitted to the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA). As part of this effort, 2 projects totaling 170 MW were prepared in 2006, 10 projects totaling 570 MW in 2007, 41 projects totaling 1,675 MW in 2015, and 29 projects totaling 4,055 MW in 2022. In addition, within the scope of the Renewable Energy Resource Zones (YEKA) initiative launched in 2017, 23 wind power plant projects with a combined capacity of 2,494 MW were developed across five regions of Turkey. Furthermore, in 2013, 7 solar power plant projects with a total capacity of 130 MW were prepared and submitted to EMRA.

ENERGY PROJECTS IN OPERATION

Ataseven continues to operate six wind power plants with a total installed capacity of 291.81 MW.

ENERGY PROJECTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION

As part of our ongoing investments, the construction of the Soğanlı Wind Power Plant, with an installed capacity of 51.8 MW, and the Tozor Solar Power Plant with Battery Storage, with a capacity of 10 MW, is currently underway. Upon completion, both projects will increase our clean energy production capacity and contribute to the energy supply in Türkiye.

CONSTRUCTION

COMPLETED REAL ESTATE PROJECTS

Ataseven does not only develop mass housing projects but creates living spaces where the joy of living and sharing comes together. From sales offices to show flats, every detail of each project is carefully handled and brought to completion. In 2011, Ataseven expanded its real estate portfolio by introducing the Atakent branded housing projects, successfully completing the construction of Atakent 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Stage Residences in Ankara, Atakent Suadiye in Istanbul, Atakent Panorama in İzmir, Atakent Didim and Atakent Didim Mavi in Didim. With the addition of other real estate developments, a total of 1,001 families have moved into their dream homes.

REAL ESTATE PROJECTS IN PLANNING

Land investments have been completed in İzmir and Aydın-Didim, and several real estate projects in these regions are currently in the planning phase.

COMPLETED ENERGY PROJECTS

In the energy sector, Ataseven has successfully completed the construction of several wind power plant projects with its experienced team. In 2025, the company finalized the Erimez WPP Phase-2, Soğanlı WPP Phase-2, and Atakale WPP Phase-2 projects, with a combined capacity of 101,51 MW. In 2024, the Atares-1 WPP project with a capacity of 75.9 MW was completed. In 2021, Ataseven delivered the Erimez WPP Phase-1 and Istanbul WPP projects, with a total capacity of 210 MW. The Soğanlı WPP Phase-1 and Atakale WPP Phase-1 projects, totaling 73.2 MW, were completed in 2020. The Yahşelli WPP project, with a capacity of 20 MW, was finalized in 2019, and the Geriş WPP project, with a capacity of 11.2 MW, was completed in 2017.
